As a President and Broker of Record at Investment Properties Group LLC, Blair oversaw 900+ luxury apartments, generating over $20 million annually.
Holding a New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License and a B.A. in Psychology, Blair brings a strategic, analytical approach to commercial real estate.
